The dashboard gives you a complete picture of your invoice activity in seconds.

Four top-level cards summarize your workspace at a glance:

Total Invoices — All invoices in your workspace across every status
Total Spending — Cumulative spending converted to your preferred currency
Processing — Invoices currently being extracted or matched by the AI
Needs Attention — Invoices flagged for manual review (low confidence, duplicates, missing data)

Below the key stats, the dashboard displays a set of interactive widgets:

Category Breakdown Chart — Donut chart showing spend distribution by category. Hover any segment for the exact amount and percentage.
Recent Invoices Table — The latest invoices processed, with vendor, amount, date, and status badge.
Needs Attention List — Flagged invoices with vendor name, amount, and reason. One-click access to the invoice detail sheet.
Last Scan Timestamp — Shows when the most recent email scan completed and what was found.
Email Connection Status — Indicator showing the health of all four supported providers (Gmail, Outlook, IMAP, and CSV import).
Reconciliation Stats Summary — At-a-glance reconciliation metrics: total statements uploaded, completed reconciliations, pending reconciliations, and overall match rate.

Multi-currency invoices are converted to your preferred currency for a unified view. Individual invoices still show their original currency.
