Multi-Workspace Architecture

Every user starts with a personal workspace and can belong to multiple team accounts. Each workspace is fully isolated:

  • Separate data — Invoices, email connections, and scan history never mix
  • Independent settings — Company profile, AI rules, and categories per workspace
  • Isolated billing — Subscriptions tracked per workspace
  • Dedicated analytics — Metrics scoped to the active workspace

Roles

Owner

Full control. Best for founders and senior finance managers. All invoice, settings, billing, and team management access.

Editor

Full operational access. Best for accounting staff and bookkeepers. Can manage the dashboard, invoices, reconciliations, analytics, and workspace settings (company, email, categories, AI rules) but cannot manage billing or team members.

Auditor

Read-only access to invoices and reconciliations. Best for external accountants and compliance reviewers. Cannot access the dashboard, analytics, email connections, settings, or billing. Has access to the affiliate program.
