Does creating a ZIP merge the PDF pages?

No. Each PDF remains a separate file inside the archive. Use the PDF merge tool when you need one continuous document.

Will a ZIP make every invoice PDF smaller?

Not always. PDF content is often already compressed, so ZIP packaging may offer little size reduction. Its main benefit is keeping multiple files together.

Are the original filenames preserved?

Filenames are normalized for safe ZIP compatibility: spaces and unsupported characters become hyphens, and duplicate names receive a numeric suffix. Rename unclear files before bundling for the cleanest result.

Are the PDFs uploaded while creating the archive?

No. ZIP creation runs locally in your browser and the selected invoice files are not uploaded or stored by Getbeel.
