Deep spending analysis with category breakdowns, vendor rankings, and trend visualization.

The Analytics page goes beyond the dashboard. Drill into your spending for monthly reviews, budget planning, and vendor negotiations.

Summary Metrics

Five key indicators, each with period-over-period comparison (percentage change shown in green or red):

  • Total Spent — Aggregate outgoing spend for the selected period, with change vs. the previous period
  • Total Earnings — Aggregate incoming revenue for the selected period, with change vs. the previous period
  • Average Invoice Value — Mean invoice amount across all invoices in the period
  • Invoice Count — Total number of invoices processed
  • Unique Vendor Count — Number of distinct vendors invoiced during the period

Charts

Monthly Vendor Spending Chart

Stacked bar chart breaking down monthly spend by vendor. Hover any segment for the vendor name and exact amount.

Profit / Loss Statement

Side-by-side view of total earnings vs. total spending for the selected period, with the net result highlighted.

Vendor Analysis

Top vendors ranked by total amount, with invoice count, average invoice value, and last invoice date. Useful for negotiations and consolidation planning.

Spending by Category

Total amount, invoice count, and percentage of total spend per category. Visualized as bar and pie charts.

Recurring vs One-Time

Separate subscription costs from one-off purchases: recurring total, one-time total, percentage breakdown, and a list of recurring vendors with billing period and amount.

Time Periods

Select your analysis window:

  • This Month — Current calendar month
  • Last Month — Previous calendar month
  • Quarter (3 Months) — Rolling three-month window
  • Year — Rolling twelve-month window
  • All Time — Full workspace history
  • Custom Date Range — Pick any start and end date

All analytics display in your preferred currency. Foreign currency invoices are converted automatically.
